It’s extremely easy to get in contact with us, but it’s important to understand WHEN it’s appropriate to contact us:
01. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS: Since we don’t directly sell on the internet and only manufacture or source products for retail websites, if you have a problem with any of the products that are a “Private Label” product, then please contact the vendor directly. For example, if you have a product from Kona Kava Farm that doesn’t specifically say “Gaia’s Delights, Inc.” on it, then although we supply them with product or purchase product from them, you need to contact the farm directly for any product questions or issues.
02. MANUFACTURER: Since we are a manufacturing facility as well as a wholesaler to various retail businesses, unless a product specifically says “Manufactured by Gaia’s Delights, Inc.” on the product, we are not the ones to contact. Many of our herbal products are manufactured by eSutras. If they have manufactured a product, they will be listed as the manufacturer on that specific product. It would be most appropriate to contact them directly or the retail store you purchased you product from.
03. GAIAS DELIGHTS INC: If you have a product that has our company log on it or states “Manufactured by Gaia’s Delights, Inc.” then we are the ones to contact directly. Please find our contact information below for direct contact information.
04. WHOLESALE INQUIRIES: If you’re interested in starting a wholesale account, please feel free to contact us at the number or address below. It’s important to note, though, that we only supply PARTS of a retailer’s product catalog and not their entire catalog. If you wish to wholesale products of ours that you found on another website, it’s important to contact that website directly for their wholesale terms.
05. PRIVATE LABEL: IF you like any of our products and are interested in “Private Labeling” our products for retail sale, by all means, please feel free to contact us at the phone and address below. We don’t Private Label ALL of our products, but as is the case with several of our retailers, we’re very open to signing exclusive Private Label contracts to give you a competitive edge in a very competitive marketplace. Several of the companies we wholesale to have exclusive contracts with us, ensuring that they have a unique product that no one else in the marketplace will have.
